How to stay consistent and motivated
Having a plan of action is one thing but sticking to that plan and yielding consistent
results is a whole other story.
Many people think they need "motivation" to get started and keep going but the truth is,
requiring motivation is the most certain way to fail...
Because there will be days where you have 0 motivation.
If you develop discipline & create new habits, you WON‘T NEED motivation..
On top of that, you should work on setting realistic goals, as that will lower your
expectations and show you the true nature of progress.
Last but not least, hiring someone who‘s educated on fitness, nutrition & health, who understands your goals and that you can work with them is also
a good strategy, since it will save you a lot of mistakes.
Ultimately, your best bet is to rely on the fact that each and every action you take
towards your improvement, is for your own, greater good
