How long should you rest between sets of 6- 15 reps? A 1 minute

B 2 Minutes

C 3 + minutes

The right answer is... C!

One of your main goals in training should be to generate the highest amount of QUALITY volume possible.

In order for this to happen, you need to optimize your rest times in between the separate sets.

Optimal rest will allow you to sustain high-exertion performance from set to set, thus helping you create a higher volume of better quality.

For moderately intense sets of 6 to 15 repetitions, 3 minutes between sets seem to be optimal.

On the other hand, powerlifting sets of 1-5 reps may require 5-15 minutes of rest.

Test around and see what works best for you!
