s we age, our muscles naturally lose mass.

This muscle loss can lead to a number of health problems, including a weakened immune system, difficulty walking and climbing stairs, and even falls.

In fact, research has shown that muscle mass begins to decline at around age 30 and continues to shrink at a rate of about 3% per decade.

While we can't completely prevent our muscles from losing mass as we get older, we can take steps to maintain strength and some of the mass!

Regular exercise is key, as is eating a healthy diet that includes plenty of protein.

Additionally, it's important to stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and avoid smoking and drinking too much alcohol. THIS is a true anti-aging therapy!
