Training volume is the total of your working weight, multiplied by the numbers of sets and repetitions.

For instance, 1 set of 10 reps with 100 kg, would create a volume of 1000 kg (100 kg x 1 set x 10 reps = 1000 kg).

Volume is an important training variable that can stimulate growth, when paired with intensity.

In other words, quality volume is the biggest driver of muscle growth and this, is what you should focus on!
