Physical Training Institute is our sports specific strength and conditioning programmes and
coaches who will help you prepare for any competition also specialising in youth strength
and conditioning
T.O.D Combat is our specific strength, conditioning and performance programmes aimed at combat sports athletes and tactical athletes.
Clan Combat is our martial arts programme run by our highly qualified and knowledgeable coaches and includes our fight team and is aimed at all levels and abilities whether you want to compete, keep fit or for self defence we can help you. The first month of training is absolutely free with no joining obligation.

Personal Training - 1-2-1, buddy, small group - whether it's fat loss or specific training for an event our team can help.
Strength and Conditioning - for all sports, with our specialist team of coaches who cover everyone from youth to elite levels.
Combat Sports Personal Coaching - our coaches are highly qualified and able to deliver all of our martial arts to all levels of ability and fitness along with specific strength and conditioning programmes.
Nutrition - our in house nutritionist is able to help you with all aspects of changing your eating habits and lifestyle.
Military and Uniformed Services Prep - our all arms tactical athlete trainer can help you be properly prepared for joining the military or uniformed services, and can also help you with specific programming if you are an existing tactical athlete or returning to your role.
Tactical Grappling - our instructors can help you with self protection for civilians or train you to be better prepared as Military or emergency services personnel. We also run a door supervisor protection course in partnership with frontline grappling.
